ORDERING & CUSTOM DESIGNS
How do I create my own design?
Open the Design Editor, pick a product (t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, hat, mug or tote bag), then add your text, upload your own image, or use our clipart and templates. When you are happy with it, click Add to Cart and check out like any other product.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG and SVG. For the sharpest print, upload a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, at least 2400 pixels on the longest side.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Email your idea, photo or logo to contact@e-kash.com with the product and size you want. Our designer will send you a preview to approve before we print.
Can I use a copyrighted logo or character?
We can only print artwork you own or have permission to use. We do not print trademarked logos, sports team marks or licensed characters without written permission.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
How long does my order take?
Standard orders have an expected processing time of 9 to 10 business days, then ship with UPS or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number by email before your order ships.
Can I rush my order?
Yes. Let us know at checkout or email contact@e-kash.com with your need-by date before ordering, and we will tell you what is possible.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost for your order is shown in your cart before you pay. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship worldwide with UPS and FedEx. Email contact@e-kash.com if you have a question about delivery to your country.
SIZING & PRODUCTS
What brand are your shirts?
Most tees are Bella+Canvas unisex jersey (100% combed ring-spun cotton, 4.2 oz). Hoodies are Bella+Canvas sponge fleece pullovers. Each product page lists the exact blank used.
How do they fit?
Bella+Canvas unisex tees run true to size with a retail fit. If you like a looser fit, go one size up. Most tees are offered from XS to XL; email us for other sizes.
How should I wash my printed items?
Turn inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.
Are mugs and tumblers dishwasher safe?
Ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Stainless tumblers and clear glass cans are hand-wash only to protect the print.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?
We make it right. If any garment is materially different from your final design, printed on the wrong product, or damaged, email a photo to contact@e-kash.com and we will reprint it and send you a prepaid return label at no cost. If we cannot reprint it, you get a full refund for the incorrect pieces. See our Returns and Refunds page.
Can I return a custom item because I changed my mind?
Custom-printed items are made just for you, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on them. If there is a problem with the print or the product, we will always fix it.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Schools, churches, universities and government organizations can pay by purchase order, check, money order or bank wire. Email contact@e-kash.com to set that up.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal over a secure, encrypted connection. We never see or store your card number.
Do you charge sales tax?
Oregon has no sales tax, so orders shipped within Oregon are tax-free. Orders to other states are taxed where required by law and the amount shows at checkout.
BULK & TEAM ORDERS
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Teams, schools, churches, businesses and events get discounted pricing on larger orders, and you can mix sizes in one order as long as the design and product stay the same.
How do I place a team or business order?
Visit our Special Events page or email contact@e-kash.com with your design, quantity per size and need-by date. We reply with a quote and a preview.
